Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Dugout to College, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.

Dugout to College provides education, evaluation, and guidance to support your college softball recruiting process. We do not guarantee a scholarship offer, roster spot, or admission to any institution. Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including an athlete's performance, program needs, and academic qualifications.

The Platform supports athlete, parent/guardian, coach, organization, and admin account types. Each role has defined permissions. Parent/guardian accounts linked to a minor athlete retain oversight and control over that athlete's account and data.

• You will provide accurate information in your profile and communications.
• You will not use the Platform to harass, misrepresent, or impersonate any person or program.
• Coaches and organizations will not use athlete contact information obtained through the Platform for purposes unrelated to legitimate recruiting communication.
• You will not attempt to circumvent role-based permissions or access data you are not authorized to view.

Paid programs and subscriptions are billed as described at checkout. Prices and included services are shown before you provide payment information. Refund eligibility, if any, will be stated on the relevant program page at the time of purchase.

You retain ownership of video, documents, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to the coaches, organizations, or account holders you choose to share it with, solely to operate the Platform's features.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including misuse of minor athlete data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
