Privacy Policy

Dugout to College ("we," "us," or "the Platform") provides college softball recruiting education, evaluation, and guidance to athletes, parents, coaches, and organizations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Many athletes who use this Platform are under 18, and some are under 13. We take the following approach to protect minors:

• Athletes under 13 may only create a profile with verifiable parental consent, and a parent or guardian account is required to be linked to any account created for a minor.
• Parents and guardians can review, edit, export, or delete their minor's data at any time.
• We do not knowingly sell or share a minor's personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
• Video, photos, and performance data uploaded for a minor are visible only to the athlete, their linked parent/guardian account, and coaches or organizations the family has explicitly chosen to share with.
• Direct messaging between adult coaches and athletes under 18 is logged and visible to the athlete's linked parent/guardian account.

• Account information: name, email, role (athlete, parent, coach, organization, admin), and relationship links between accounts.
• Athletic and academic profile information you choose to provide, including video and documents you upload.
• Usage data such as pages visited and features used, to improve the Platform.
• Payment information, processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We use information to operate the Platform, provide the services you request (evaluation, guidance, camp/tournament discovery, coach communication tools), process payments, send transactional communications, and improve our services. We do not use athlete profile data to train third-party advertising models.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Parents/guardians may exercise these rights on behalf of a linked minor account.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls scoped to each account's role and relationships, to protect information stored on the Platform.
